How much exercise is enough to stay healthy?

Did you know that according to the National Health Service (NHS), 5 to 18 year olds should have at least 60 active minutes a day for a healthy lifestyle.

Adults on the other hand should be active for at least 150 minutes per week in order to keep themselves healthy.

It’s also important to remember that any active lifestyle should be supported with a healthy well balanced diet.
